Completing a Offer/Counter Offer Auction

Once an offer is accepted the buyer receives a Congratulations you Won email. The seller receives a Congratulations your name sold email that states "don't do anything now, we will contact you once we have verified receipt of funds."

Five Days after the buyer has paid GoDaddy, the seller receives the transfer authorization email stating they can now move the domain name to the buyer. The 5 Day period is in place so that funds can be verified.

10 days after the offer accept date, both the buyer and seller receive This is a courtesy reminder that the transaction for Domain name solddomain.com will be complete in 10 days. If you have any questions or concerns contact us email.

15 days after the offer accept date both the buyer and seller receive This is a courtesy reminder that the transaction for Domain name solddomain.com will be complete in 5 days. If you have any questions or concerns contact us email.

20 days after the offer accept date both the buyer and seller receive a This transaction is complete. Thanks for your business email and we release the funds to the seller.

Note: If a buyer has not received the domain name, they must contact support within 15 days of the purchase being processed so an escalation can be created by the GoDaddy Auctions staff and we can mark the transaction as "Disputed." We will not release funds until the dispute is resolved. If the buyer does not contact us within 15 days of the offer accept date, the funds are released to the seller.
